Property Sourcing
We help identify candidates in the Shenandoah Valley (or your target market) with strong STR fundamentals — comp set, AirDNA data, regulatory check. Already got a property under contract? Even better — we'll start with scope.
Acquisition + Plan
Once a property is under contract, Kris walks the home and builds the renovation scope. You see the full build plan + timeline + cost before closing.
Renovation + Design
Kris runs the build. Reba runs design, furnishing, and brand. Weekly progress reports. You stay hands-off.
Launch + Photography
Professional photography, listing setup on Airbnb + VRBO + Direct, pricing strategy, guest experience details (welcome books, scent systems, amenities).
Operational Handoff
NSH takes over hosting + ongoing management. You receive a fully revenue-producing property already booking guests.
